My path began at the table, with a love for sobremesa—the lingering conversation after a meal. That devotion deepened through formal study and certifications in wine, where I learned to recognize nuance, structure, and the stories within each glass. Yet my greatest lessons came not in classrooms, but in Spanish vineyards and bodegas—tasting from the solera with a winemaker, listening as they poured not only sherry, but centuries of history.

With a background in luxury travel, wine education, and gourmet food, I bring a curator’s eye to each journey. Hotels are chosen not only for elegance, but for a true sense of place. Restaurants are selected for their ability to honor tradition while carrying it forward in new and inspiring ways.
